The provision of the website by publish-industry Verlag GmbH requires the handling of personal data, such as the IP address for accessing the content displayed on the website.

You also have the opportunity to contact us via our contact form. We will collect your name and e-mail address.

We use cookies to provide our website. You will find more information under “Web Analysis and Cookies, Social Plugins”. Within the framework of the legal regulations, we can evaluate user profiles under a pseudonym for the purposes of self-advertising, market research and improving our services, but only insofar as you have not made use of your legal right to object to this use of your data. Customer account
The website offers you the opportunity to set up a personal customer account. In your customer account you can store personal information for convenient shopping in the online shop.

Online shop
You can purchase products in our online shop. We collect your name, your company, your address, your country and your e-mail address.

If you are logged into your customer account, the information required for order processing, which is stored there, is automatically filled out in the order form.

Your personal data is used for the initiation, execution and processing of the corresponding purchase contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 b) DS-GMO.

If you have given us your consent to process personal data for certain other purposes (e.g. sending the newsletter), this data will be processed on the basis of this consent. Publish-industry Verlag GmbH provides details on the content of a consent upon request.

B2B Media Group EMEA GmbH
This offer uses Selfcampaign, a service for integrating advertisements of B2B Media Group EMEA GmbH (“B2BMG”). B2BMG uses so-called cookies, a text file that is stored in the browser of the computer and collects/contains anonymous usage data.

Selfcampaign also uses so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). These web beacons can be used to evaluate information such as visitor traffic on the pages of this website. Storage time and deletion

We store and process your personal data only as long as this is necessary for the respective purpose. In all other cases, we delete your personal data; the only exception is data that we have to store in order to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. tax or commercial law storage obligations).

As a data subject, you have a right of access pursuant to Article 15 DSGVO, a right to correction pursuant to Article 16 DSGVO, a right to data erasure pursuant to Article 17 DSGVO, a right to limitation of processing pursuant to Article 18 DSGVO and a right to data transferability pursuant to Article 20 DSGVO. If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates legal requirements, you have the right to file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority responsible for us (Art. 77 DS-GMO in conjunction with § 19 BDSG).
